View all Report ObjectsThe BI Explorer Portlet enables you to see a list of all report objects that are available, including Web Report Studio Reports, Data Explorations, Information Maps and Stored Processes all from one portlet.
View by BIP Tree
When you save a report you save it to a folder in the metadata in what is called the BIP Tree. Typically the structure of these folders match business groupings of reports, or organisational structures that you have defined. Users can view all reports by browsing the hierarchy of folders that you have defined in the Metadata.
View in Alphabetical Order
Users can see all report objects in alphabetical order, enabling them to quickly access a report regardless of how the report was created or stored.
Click to view Report
When a user sees a report they want to access they just click the report name and the selected report will be opened in the relevant interface.
